Damages:  If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATION REQUEST:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any order change request.

 

PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This will allows The Bag Shoppe customers to have a second chance at the requested new arrivals. Pre-orders & Custom Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
